Handling
First, let me state that the new S197 Mustang handles 150% better than the older fox (79-93) based Mustangs. Handling might be better, but Ford still needs to work on the stock ride height. To alleviate this problem I set my sights on the ever expanding aftermarket:
- BMR Lower Control Arms
- BMR Adjustable Panhard Bar
- Eibach Sportline lowering springs
- Earl's Performance Stainless Steel brake lines
- Steeda end links
- Tokico D-Spec Adjustable Shocks and Struts
- Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber Plates
- Powder coated brake calipers and brackets
A special thanks to Brian Bitner (for help on the alignment and panhard bar adjustment) and Tom Merkle (letting me use his powder-coating equipment).
